Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition on arrival.
It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
We will also notify you the status of approval of your refund in the email.
If the application has been approved, then your refund will be processed. Credit amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund(s) receiving time may vary, usually required a certain amount of days, subject to various payment methods or bank regulations.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged on shipment arrival.
To proceed with item(s) exchange, please send us an email at [email protected].
Kindly include your purchase order number and we will lead you with exchange procedure.

Shipping

To return / exhange, you should deliver the item(s) to :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are Non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping with item(s) over MYR1000, please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance cover. We do NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
