Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (subject to calendar of Malaysia).
If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional leap time in transit for delivery. If a significant delay has been foreseen / occured in shipment of your order, we will contact your via email or phone call provided in order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
